TCF applies to all businesses regulated by the FSA, and to all their customers – retail and commercial. The deadline for all firms to reach the implementation stage is March 2007 and the FSA will report on its finding in April. Our experience shows many insurers and brokers are still bewildered by the whole thing – with some even thinking it is about customer service, and some think it doesn’t apply to commercial insurance.
