Liability Society Meetings

This Society is about to enter its 25th year, and would like to draw your attention to the following. We meet usually on the first Wednesday lunchtime of each month commencing at 12.15am at the Freemasons Hall Bridge Street. The Society is self funded and needs subscriptions for room hire etc. Individual membership costs £5 with corporate membership at £50 and cheques should be made payable to The Liability Society, and should be forwarded to the treasurer:-

The Insurance & Banking Philatelic Society of Great Britain
The Society was founded in 1951and membership is open to stamp collectors employed in, or retired from the Banking or Insurance Industry. Monthly meetings are held in London and Manchester from September to May. An Exchange packet is circulated by hand and there are 3 auctions per year - 2 in London and 1 in Manchester together with a Newsletter which is issued 4 times per year. In addition we have regular displays and speakers and a number of competitions and social events.

 

The subscription is only £5 per annum and new members will be made most welcome.
Meetings commence at 5.30pm on the 7th floor of the Royal & Sun Alliance.
